Improve the friendliness of new energy and reduce the pressure on the power grid
The "Opinions" clearly defines the implementation path of the integration of source and network load and storage, and intends to explore the development path of a new power system with a high integration of source and network load and storage by optimizing and integrating local resources on the power supply side, the power grid side and the load side, supported by advanced technological breakthroughs and institutional innovation.
According to the public data of the National Energy Administration, by the end of 2020, the national grid-connected wind power and photovoltaic installed capacity reached 281 million kilowatts and 253 million kilowatts, respectively, accounting for 12.8% and 11.5% of the total installed capacity in the country, and the pressure of new energy power consumption is increasing. From the power side, the multi-energy complementary integrated base is obviously more flexible and friendly; From the power grid side, the integration of load and storage of the source network is really carried out around the load demand, which promotes the high integration and deep coordination of the power grid with the load and power supply.
The relevant person of Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission said that the integrated base of "scenery water storage" built in Zhejiang now realizes the automatic configuration, intelligent optimization and smooth switching of joint power generation operation modes such as wind storage, light storage, water storage and scenery storage in accordance with the time-series output optimization method, so that its power generation quality is close to conventional power supplies, and provides technical support for large-scale new energy grid connection and dispatching.
The core of the integrated construction of "scenery water storage" is to develop green and clean energy, make up for the shortcomings of wind power and photovoltaic through polymerization, and create a controllable power generation base, so as to reduce the pressure on the grid.
